Good Health

You desire a good health?,are you longing for a superb life? You then must take care of your body. Don’t forget to eat a well balanced diet(foods containing, vitamins like an Orange, proteins like beans and cabohydrates like potatoes et cetra) & remember always to take plently of water & rest, as in sleep well. Take at least 6 to 8 glasses or cups of water daily & have a good sleep upto 8 hours per night & it shall go well with you. Water helps your body to eliminate or remove body waste & transportation of nutrients in your body. It helps also in the cooling of your body & gives you a fresh feeling after you get exposed to the harsh environment full of smoke & a hot day. A good sleep is needed in the repair of your body cells &;rebuilding of new body cells
