Teeth hygiene

Caring for your teeth is important and you should not take it lightly. For good teeth hygiene, brush you teeth, at least ,twice a day. Once in the morning after meals and once in the evening after meals and you will be doing good to your teeth health. Don’t brush before meals in the morning, because you will be destroying the vitamin B12 that your body had been manufacturing the whole night for you. Brush your teeth after meals. For good strong and healthy teeth
